1. When do you come during a snowstorm?
— We operate based on evolving weather conditions and after approximately 5 cm (2 inches) of snow accumulation.
Our routes are strategically scheduled so your driveway remains functional during and after storms.
2. What time do you usually pass?
— Times may vary depending on storm intensity and duration.
We work continuously throughout storms and perform a final clean-up once the snowfall has ended.
3. What if a vehicle is parked in the driveway?
— No stress 😊
An automated text message is sent only when our team is ready to perform the complete final clearing of your driveway (the full clean phase).
This message means it’s the right time to move your vehicles, so we can clear the entire area properly.
If the access is partially blocked, we will clear the section that is accessible.
4. Do you offer service for commercial and business properties?
— Yes ✓
We serve residential driveways as well as commercial parking lots, businesses, and multi-unit buildings.

5. How does your GPS system work?
— All units are equipped with real-time GPS tracking, monitored by our coordination team.
This allows us to track progress, optimize routes, and ensure no property is missed.
6. How fast will I receive a quote?
— We typically respond within 24 hours of receiving your request,
during business hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
Requests received at night or near the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
